NHSL currently consists of teams divided into three divisions:
Premier, Division 2, and Division 3.

Premier is the most competitive, Division 2 is semi competitive, and Division 3 is recreational.

NHSL holds two sessions per year: Summer (Mar- June) and Winter (July-Nov).

 NHSL is a registered non-profit organization in support of community involvement, health and exercise. NHSL is an open men's recreational soccer league. We appreciate the generous support of the community, local merchants, and civic organizations.

NHSL es una organiazcion no lucrativa registrada en el estado de Washington en apoyo de participacion de la comunidad, salud y ejercicio. NHSL es una liga de futbol abierta a hombres. Apreciamos el apoyo generoso de la comunidada, negociantes locales y organizaciones civicas.
